I went in the store basically the first day they opened, and I have been going there ever cents. The manager Kush is amazing I love dealing with him. The lady they have work in there is very knowledgeable on the delta eight products more than on regular Vape, which is fine but Kush is knowledgeable and everything so I really am and I do like the store. I definitely give it five stars.

This is the best shop of its kind in york county. His selection is huge and the quality is fantastic. He's open before my shift starts and after my shift ends so I never have to go days without product. Super friendly and helpful owner

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who was there yesterday, but he was SUPER helpful!
My vape went through the washer, sadly. But when I came in, he noticed me almost immediately. I was picking up a freemax on the fly and he asked if I needed batteries for it and what I preferred my coils at for replacements. While he was getting that all sorted he asked if I needed any juices which I'm a huge fan of the "monster" line of juices like custards and strawberry banana. I figured it try some god nectar. He told me about every product they had on the shelf. Top notch customer service my friend.

My only gripe, while I'm not one to judge is the odd folks that come in to look at the knives.

I love this place, and have come here out of my way many times. Typically because of the good service and nice selection. I came in today, around 245 and there was a new girl. She was on the phone when i came in but at no point did she acknowledge me. Which was rude but it was okay, i was moving fast. But once i got my items and went to the front desk, (where she was behind) it was if i tossed on an invisibility cloak! I stood there for over 5 mins while she helped the person on the phone. My purchase wasn’t life or death, but honestly neither was the one on the phone. If you can’t multitask that’s one thing, but to completely ignore a customer is another. Finally a young gentleman came from the back, and saw me. He wouldn’t have come out to help if we didn’t make eye contact, that was clear. But we did, so he came out. She saw him and started to walk down the aisle, but still never came to me nor did she speak. He waited to see if she would help before he even approached me. She did not help so he was forced to. I mentioned that not only was she rude and didn’t even acknowledge me, but even as i was voicing my concern, she could hear and still never made mention of it. His response was to try and *politely* push me through the sale while I’m telling him how bad she’s made the company look. I thought for a moment to take my money and go elsewhere but i had already wasted almost 7 mins at this point. But i wanted to let OTHERS know how unimportant this employee made me feel, and to warn them. This is the first time I’ve had this problem and this is the first time I’ve seen this “employee”. Hopefully there is some changes or else lose a lot of business.

Great store with LOTS of inventory, staff friendly and accommodating. Products are WAY over prices. Everything is at least 250% markup. Do urself a favor and look online for what u want unless u need it right now.

Was immediately greeted when I came inside and helped right away! Staff is super friendly and personable. Price was great for what I bought. I’ll be going to this location for all of my purchases :)

This is the best vape shop in all of York, PA. I'm there almost everyday. Huge selection of products! Top notch customer service. Ali's musical playlist inside the store is amazing. I highly recommend stopping in!

Seriously the best vape shop in york and early bird hours for people playing in the markets that want to be home by 930am. Amazing shop and staff.. this is my go to place!!!

I went in here on a whim. I'm so happy I did. They were very welcoming and eager to assist you. Any questions I had they answered. They even had a few questions for me. Which I love. They're interested in knowing how they can better assist with products they don't have. Love it. I left with more than I went in there for.
