A few months and my husband and I both tried the full spectrum tintacure and we both found it helps us get a good night sleep. Also it helps with the morning aches and pains that come with hanging and finishing drywall. We've been taking it every night since. I got the beef flavored for my dog. I put it on his food and he eats it right up. He is eleven years old and had surgery on both his back legs last year.
