This is not a company to work with. They are rude and unhelpful. I bought merchandise from them and minutes later found it faulty. I went back in and was basically told they wouldn't help me, nor would they make it right. They took my money and i have nothing to show for it. Won't ever go there again, nor should anyone else! I see you responded, however there was something wrong. The tank wouldn't stay together. The young man had a problem with it as well. The girl working there was rude and wouldn't listen. It had nothing about going to the "competition" it had more to do with not getting any customer service from your employees. Your competition didn't swindle, corhorse, or anything else
I needed a working tank and he was very helpful, whereas i wasn't getting any help from the kiddos working for you. I was basically told can't help you. I bought the tank went to my car to put it on my mod and things weren't right. Took it back upstairs within 10 minutes. So, you aren't catching the full story from your employees. There was a problem, but apparently a tank that won't screw together properly doesn't count. Nor the factthat the young man had a problem with it as well.
