Wow this was not the place I expected to run into proof of vaccine or mask. My husband stopped in to pick up a rolling machine and was told that if he couldn't PROVE he had the vaccination he HAD to ware a mask. NOT MY POT STORE ANYMORE!
You should speak with the employee working on the day I posted this, your store is the only place we have shopped at since we arrived in Roseburg 4 years ago. Nexted to Subway right?

Time to update my review. Cougar is still my top place to go out of all of the other dispensaries in town. Brandi helped me out today, she is always super sweet and polite when I come in. She and Sierra (I hope I'm spelling her name right) get high praise from me. Because since my first ever visit they've both gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable while shopping. Whereas other stores are usually intimidating and make me feel like I know nothing. They have taught me a lot about good brands and what strains to stay away from.

I have been coming in to the store since it has opened rarely go any where else because the people that work there all know me soon as I walk in and treat me like I someone they have known for a life time and always give me the best deals for my buck so thank you for been there for all of us.

I rarely leave reviews however, the experience I just had at cougar cannabis I feel I need to. I loved this place and have been coming in since they opened. The people have always been friendly but today 05/12/2017 at around noon the guy working there was extremely rude to me, my mother and sister. He was unfriendly, angry and had no interest in even appearing to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Sad because now my sister and mother both believe this is what a dispensery is like, given it was their first time.
It doesn't matter if they say they have the best prices in town, you now in my opinion have the worst service. You should always treat paying customers with at least basic kindness. I won't be returning.
