Wonderful staff, its always clean. They are fast and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The online ordering seems to be real popular, that only takes a few mins and you are out. The counter is the best part, to look smell before you buy and to decide in person what you like, is my favorite part. They also have shirts and hoodies for sale. Its a good place check out.

Really professional and organized. There was a steady flow of people coming in the whole time I was there. While there was not a line or extreme wait times I see how it could easily happen. The one piece of advice I can give is to place your order online first, then go in and pick it up. That way it will be ready for you, and will save you some time.

Management and customer service was professional. They had a smooth system where you were constantly watched. It took three steps just to get to the counter. When I did get to the counter the guy helping me was working his first day without someone with him. I spent to much money and left uninformed.

Made a trip, a fairly long trip. Arriving at 9:55pm (they close at 10pm). Relieved to have made it in time to pick up my ONLINE order. Only to be turned away at the door!!! Inside you see approximately 5 or so bud tenders on the floor, along with only 2 customers. The girl at the door says “I can’t take any more customers at this point in time. Sorry”. To which I reply, “ what about online orders?” She says “NOPE”. And shut the door. OUCH. Never again will I attend that facility. SMH

Terrible customer service. Have been sold 2 bad vape cartridges and when returned WITH receipt they literally turned me away at the door. Super sketchy. Do not shop here!!!!!

Bought a tincture from here walked out the front door noticed there was a bunch of liquid in the bag opened it up to see that the tincture had leaked thru the whole bag. Soaking everything else in it. Walked right back in showed them, manger told me I must have dropped it, told him there's no way I had. Then told me it was my fault, so they could do nothing not even give me a discount. Even if it was my fault that is not how you treat a customer to tell them it was there fault literally 3 min after the purchase. Not to mention took 40 min standing there to fill the order cause there system kept crashing, Wich is understandable. But after the customer service of being told "it's your fault". Just disgusting.
