These guys know great customer service. Anytime I stop in they usually knock off $5-10 off my total order.
Today's experience was no different. Bud-Tender by the name of Brandon helped me out today. I goofed on what I was looking at before hand (it was more expensive then the budget I had to work with) and grabbed some higher quality herb. Brandon gave me my total, it was almost $20 over my budget. He was able to knock off almost $17 THEN grabbed the remaining $3 either out of his pocket or the tip jar, I didn't take notice. But I walked out only paying $140 instead of almost $160.
