Everyone is so friendly and professional, they really know their products and are extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I'm looking for. I've never had a bad experience and I plan on returning time and time again. I'd definitely recommend to a friend or anybody who has never gone in, go check it out. The smell of the place alone had me wanting to stay there for hours on end!

my family and I are new in town and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of great products and flower selections. My mom and sister are incredibly indecisive and a pain sometimes but Monica was so helpful, calming, and quite the ringleader for this half crazed gaggle. She’s quite the lovely spirit and a great and knowledgeable help to any newcomer, novice, or long time consumer. Although it was brief, my experience at the register was equally as nice with Adam; light hearted, efficient, and with purpose. Thank you lovely people for not only an awesome experience, but a great welcome to Klamath.

I gotta say... Amazing Customer service especially over the phone. The ET SS never disappoints in what I am looking for.
I believe I have spoken to the supervisor/lead a couple times and she was amazing and patient. Truly on point with explaining her answers to my questions.
More recently speaking with Kiernan. He was helpful and clear how to view the items on leafly and if any issue to call him back. Patience and friendliness over the phone. Thank you!

Very great chill and helpful vibe within the store. Things are very organized and the staff is very helpful with any questions. I just would like the average cost for the products to be a little lower. They do have daily deals like their $2 pre-rolls.
