This used to be my go to dispensary, but unfortunately the great customer service I had experienced time and time again has dropped dramatically. I remember coming in and being met with light hearted, eager to assist and suggestion ready folks. Lately I have been met with attitude, and hardly and I mean hardly any help. The last person that helped me gave me attitude to the point where my friend who was with me suggested I write this review. Iām not sure what her name was but she had a little below shoulder length brown wavy/curtly hair.
Like I said, I used to love this place and the people who work here, but unfortunately that is no longer the case.

Generally an amazing store, all of the employees I have worked with so far are knowledgeable and incredibly nice! But i just called in to ask about discounts and got hung up on twice after receiving a ton of attitude from an employee who I believe was named Athena? Pretty disappointing considering I have had great experiences up until today.. Some people just arent cut out for customer service gigs

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, the employes must be intoxicated or something, they could not perform simple math not even on a calculator, and treated me with the most disrespect I have ever experienced at any establishment, told me a 7 dollar product at 20 percent off was 9 dollars , then after 15mins of all 3 of them figuring out it was as I mentioned, then sold me several 2 dollar idoms for 3.50 a piece , then the manger came out an talked to me like a robot it was quite terrifying to be honest , then refunded me my money,

They have a very intelligent and knowledgeable staff. They do not f*** around. But they are polite and helpful so that is fantastic.
I kinda like the greenish, earthy, techno colors that decorate the place. It has an almost classy, stonery, medical vibe to it.
Not a fan of the weird plastic bag that I HAD to pay for and apparently bring again? Otherwise I have to buy another? Ridiculous. But hey I got a free magazine so that was cool.
P.S. You guys had the best price on dab ever. I hope those great deals on concentrates continue.

Went and got an ounce there yesterday and it was really the worst ounce I've ever seen anyone give me sorry I didn't pay attention it was like the girl just picked out the worst buds for me and left the best behind I've been going to the store for many years

Great staff ready to help knowledgeable. as well as I went in today, I'm a medical patient. Needed some CBD tincture as it's not one of the days for the percentages off they did me a straight and offered me it at discount. That's what the medical community needs real compassion. Not just compensation for materials and services provided compassion goes a long way with that. Thank you very much. Love and Light.

Jimmy at Next Level Wellness is friendly and knowledgeable! I spoke to him both over the phone and in person on several occasions, and he was super generous with his time, expertise, and patience. He listens well and even remembered me from previous visits/calls! He gave me some good info I hadn't heard anywhere else, as well as from his personal experiences, that really made me feel more understood and hopeful about using cannabis for my health issues.
