Want good quality and cheap legal marijuana products? This is the only place in town to come. These guys don't seem like the other greedy merchants in Bend and charge much less for the same product that other places offer. Smart decision making on their part. Great helpful staff is also a plus. It seems like the staff is well paid and taken care of and it shows in the service you get. THC rocks!

This place is truly my favorite. There's always a new daily special or new concentrate to try at a great price. Everytime I stop by The Herb Center I learn something new. These ladies know their stuff! I can't wait till they expand and grow into their new building! They offer supreme product for a rock bottom price. If you haven't visited the little rock building you're truly missing out!

Best place in Bend period. I will admit that I have found better bud at other places around Bend, but it will cost you an arm and a leg. Average price for 8th here is 20$. I have been to 95% of all the other places in town and they all want at least 35$ for the same or less quality bud. The Herb Center also has a very attractive and personable staff of both men and women, always polite and quick as possible since the store is always packed.

This is my experience after about 15 visits.
Prices started out great. The staff were helpful.
The next week, the entire staff changed... ok, still not bad.
Two weeks later, prices go up and the staff was re hired... again.
This process is still on going. Prices keep going up as well. I remember paying 25 dollars for what is now 45 which is insane.

I haven't been in there for a few weeks since I found another place at the 25 dollar mark, but after I was in there so often, I don't see it changing. Hopefully, it finds a staff that it can trust or work out whatever is going on.

The last time I was in there, the staff was so inadequate about their information on how product was made. They were just throwing out answers.
At one point, the girl talking to me just gave me a blank stare like I broke her for a second. Or maybe she just wanted me to stop asking questions haha.

Either way. That paired with the now insane prices made me not want to go back.

They are so unknowledgeable that they dont know what a sativa is. They seem to think that anything without cbd is a sativa. WRONG

Not sure about this dispensary they have you on a two item purchase limit when they are busy. If you need time to look around this is not the place for you. They told me to look at there menu and know what i wanted when i walk in "WELL" the menu is wrong all the time they still have stuff listed that was sold out a month ago so how can this work??????? A Lot better service at other Dispensaries and can take your time looking at different products. The owner needs to retrain or hire new employees to run a sufficient business.

Customer service needs alot of work Check your receipt because you just might not get everything you ordered or your discount. I only go here if I have to.

Best dispo in town. Biggest selection and lowest prices on dank herb. Been going in a couple times a week for a few months now and every time I get great service. They are always busy but I don’t mind waiting. Today they hooked me up with a new hat 🤘🏽

Great prices, good constant cheap choices, online provided by dutchie is great. The customer service is non existent, upon asking once the budtender said "I don't smoke herb only dab, never making eye contact" age appropriate attire might be nice also not looking like it's either the couch or at work, even having sleepy in the eye at 3pm. If you want knowledge, a repitoire, customer service I would go to Tokyo, Jollys, Mr. Nice guy, Jenny's or many of the other places which will remember your name, likes, and not repeat yourself each time to a new face or sadly the same one. Also the 3$ charge is not at nice guy or starfish, always double check for multiple charges also happened twice now. This is one shop that could be completely online, ran by kiosks, or drive thru only. Good prices in a pinch but zero customer service or knowledge.

Great deals on the products, and everyone who works there is super friendly and their recommendations aren't bad at all. I've had no troubles with them.

HORRIBLE dispensary. The waiting room is worse than the DMV and don’t even get me started on their customer service. Whoever is training their employees and whoever owns & runs this business needs to go back to grade school ASAP, can’t believe this place is still open. Their product is OLD if anymore insult needs to be added to injury. Worst dispensary in Central Oregon hands down. DO NOT GO HERE.
