Visited this establishment with family members that were making a purchase. I'm 40 years old and was not going to buy anything. Staff claimed the law requires me to show ID and since I didn't have it on me (I was not driving or interested in buying anything that requires age verification) I'd have to wait outside in the cold. While waiting outside, I read the state law regarding purchasing and requirements for IDs. My understanding is since I was not buying anything, the State didn't require the retailer to verify my ID... Papers Please! Land of the free and all....

This shop is an example of profit over everything. The only accommodation a handicap person will find at this place is the ramp on the sidewalk. I have visited this place multiple times and have been assured multiple times they would at least have a chair available for someone to sit down should they need to during the time of the visit. Medical patients use the products sold at this store. Todays manager felt obligated to say that he or the employees would get a chair for an elderly patient, but never actually went to get a chair, so the man sat on the floor in the middle of the store. And the manager went back upstairs to carry on about his day after having this situation brought to his attention. There is no automated door for people with mobility issues to enter the facility. OLCC should be contacted.

Very positive experience. I was greeted upon my arrival with a smile, hello, and welcome. The team showed me excellent customer service. The woman counter clerk did a super job in listening to my needs and answering my questions. I asked for her advice and she showed me a few items that would fit my needs. She did not try to pressure me in any way. I was very happy with the entire process. I definitely recommend the Herb Center. They are very professional and great listeners.

A few years ago I left a horrible review for The Herb Center.. I take it all back. After traveling across Cali, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, Montana, and Alberta my wife and I both agree that this place is the best
experience and most bang for your buck. The employees help you find exactly what you're looking for at the right price and the selection of product is huge. Can't wait to be back in Oregon.

Honestly this was the highlight of my 21st birthday, extremely knowledgeable and as I had not been smoking for very long, they gave me a curated selection of things that I would like that tailored to how I wanted to feel. I cannot describe how much I enjoy my visit! I will certainly be coming back as they provide a wonderfully fun environment full of discounts and deals and fun days to go in on!
