I came in looking for an oral cbd oil for a toothache and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Friendly people, good vibes and loads of options to pick from. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would.

I started on the water soluble on Saturday evening. Took it twice on Sunday...Monday morning I bent over to pick weeds from my garden....with no stiffness or pain. Walked thru the garden on stepping stones without wobbling (normally walking slow and careful because of the stiffness). Thought it just might be mental instead of physical but it has truly made a big, big difference. I'm so thrilled. I won't say I'm completely pain free but I'm 100% better than I was when I started taking the CBD water soluble. It's not tasty but I put it in a cup with just a bit (small amount) of Pepsi...eat a Cheezit, drink Pepsi with water soluble...eat another Cheezit. Not bad that way. Not sure if it will work for you like it has for me but I'm just so thankful that my daughter brought me that first bottle to try. I purchased a second bottle today...I sure don't want to run out.

#CBD #CBDOIL I visited the store and had a good informative chat with Trey. I'm an ultra marathon runner and currently in training for my first 100 mile race so I'm pretty familiar with the pain, physical and mental stress and inflammation caused by running many many miles a week.

CBD Oil references have been popping up more and more lately in the ultra running community. So I thought I'd go check it out with a vendor in person.

Trey confirmed all the research I'd already done prior to going in. I appreciated his engaged but low key approach, no pressure to buy any given product.

I'd recommend anyone curious about CBD and it's alleged benefits (not much in the way of real scientific/medical studies for most of the proposed benefits but the amount of anecdotal evidence is pretty large) to swing by and have a chat with Trey or whoever else might be behind the counter.

Note this stuff is not cheap currently. There's a supply and demand issue going on and a volume vs limited run manufacturing issue as well as they'll charge what the market is currently willing to pay. So if it works for you it may not be fiscally an option to engage in it long term.

FYI all those cheaper options on Amazon are BS. They contain no CBD, they're just hemp oil extract as Amazon refuses to let vendors with CBD or THC list products on their site currently. They list a lot of the same benefits and even have confusing rhetoric about dosages but it's BS. You HAVE to buy CBD from vendor who sells the real product.

Note CBD per my research may be restricted in your state, there are a four or five I read. It's also in a grey area legally with the DEA from what I understand currently and is only medically prescribed for epilepsy. I'd recommend paying in cash in person or get a Vanilla pre-pay card for online purchases and put your dogs name on it. Call me paranoid.

One issue with CBD is there is no official or really an unofficial RDA. It varies greatly with your body size and mass, level of activity, pain thresholds, how you intake the oil etc. Do your own research here, if you have a reasonable doctor then have a chat with them.

The general guideline most vendors throw out there of 10mg twice a day is pretty much just a random guess in regards to any one person. It might be too much and being flushed out the body through the usual two routes or way too little and no significant benefit occurs.
