Associate Haven showed up late to open the store and then proceeded to publicly shame the customer who was upset about her poor customer service. Haven made several videos mocking the customer, laughing at her, and explaining how she understood she was late but that she just needed her Starbucks and it wasn’t that big of a deal. I hope management takes serious actions on this matter even though haven explained how her manager wouldn’t care. Puts a bad name to this business and how associates are trained!
