I even had the chance to explain my preference and needs without feeling rushed. He was sweet and attentive 🤗 He gave me a walk through of personal suggestions that aligned with my needs. Had a salty moment when I was informed that you don't accrue loyalty points for purchasing cartridge refills which is also you spending money there so therefore you should also get a boil two points I like this place up until this happened. Now its lile whatever and its not lile its that big of a deal what a free joint or whatever if that. Anyway...
Completely understandable reasonable Etc. I guess in the moment the way it was handled but not a big deal hope you all continue to do well.:-) happy 2021
