They put one price on their merchandise but only tell you it costs more after they’ve rung it up and then they refuse to change the price. When I told them that fraudulent and false advertising and because of that a complaint against them could be filled with the attorney general’s office (as that’s partially what it’s there for, and was my right as a consumer to do so), the owner shouted at me to leave and to never come back because I had “threatened” him and his business. It was an insanely shocking and quite honestly somewhat frightening overreaction to a situation for which the attorney general’s office and the BBB were specifically created for. Now, I’m an adult, and try to do my best to behave in an appropriate manner, especially in public, however this man, as well as some woman working with him, put my ability to keeps my mouth shut to the ultimate test. There were zero chances that I would’ve ever gone back to the shop ever again to begin with, especially given their costly price structures. However, in addition to their atrocious business ethics was their equally appalling attitude and behavior. This I felt compelled to leave the very first review that I’ve ever written in my life so that others might be spared the abuse this man’s customers are subjected to.
