Amazing customer service! There was an issue with an order and the owner called me and sorted it out. Extremely professional and personable. He offered me a $10 coupon because of the inconvenience. Can't say enough good things about the customer service!

Ordered once, didn’t come because I chose the slower mail and it was during Xmas so mail is always a mess anyways, I contacted relief buddies and the owner personally sent me out almost twice my original order of product. Continually kept in contact through email, and continuing a great business relationship with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for super good CBD Flower. The Sour Kush is AAA1!!!!

Let me start this review off by saying this. Found out about this company on google went there the next day. Came back the day after. This company is no bs straight up! The quality is absolutely incredible and the prices are just as good! Coming here will save you $15-$20 bucks right off the rip on any product trust me. I’ve been to a lot of places here in the Cincinnati area and this company beats every single one. The guy who runs this company is a very good honest man. He knows his stuff and will not rip you off anyway shape or form. Really down to earth dude. Any body looking for a Cannabis store I’m telling you right now this is the one. Don’t even bother looking into anything els. Don’t believe any of this go ahead, go into the other stores then go to relief buddies. You’ll thank this review later lol. The personal touch is the biggest part of the experience at the Buddies. Everyone has a selection, everyone has their store brand and expansion items from other partners, but Tom from Buddies will make sure you are listed to. You will be directed to something that could help but be aware its a learning experience with your own system, metabolism, etc. My fav stop to ask what's new. Go over! Call before going if its a ways away.

Obsessed with this place! Fair priced and super quality products. I ended up purchasing HiiStick cartridge, Suver Haze preroll, and a CBD pumpkin pie which was to die for! I would purchase all of these products again plus more. Excited to go back! Thanks for the relief, buddy!!

I bought some flower there seemed good in the pack and when I got home it was extremely dry like it turned into ash when I attempted to grind it would not recommend make sure you check your flower before buying

The man working there I assume he's the owner because of stuff he said but he is extremely friendly very knowledgeable and personable. He is the only store that I could find delta 8 vape cartridges at in Hamilton that were good. Id recommend thr gelato. It's a little harsh at first but you get used to it easily. Personally I think I like it better than Delta 9 THC just cuz it's got the painkiller and it helps with my anxiety and it doesn't give me the paranoia that regular weed gives me so I pray that it stays legal cuz it's great but yeah he's got a great shop I just I hope that he makes it cuz it's in kind of a bad location it's hard to see it's a it's not much parking there right next to a bank I parked in the bank parking lot walked over but I mean yeah the owner is he's a great guy so anybody that goes in there is probably going to be a customer for life, I know I will be. Great store don't miss out.
