The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that the staff actually has experience with the products, and truly care about making sure you leave happy. I regularly buy my e-liquid here, and stop by to browse regularly. There is always something new and the store is constantly upgrading their displays and making a better experience overall.
Shoot they even remember my name. The personal touch is always present, and never fails to brighten my day. Thanks guys!

We don't go to Athens without stopping into the Silver Serpent! We have bought Vape mods, batteries, extra vape tips, replacement glass, alcohol, snacks... You name it they have something for everyone! Not having to order extra glass for broken vape tanks and tips on line is great! On our last trip I found they had Drag mods in stock and they even had the Emerald and Silver Mod I have had my eye on for a long time. It took 3 people to find the price of it but they were all courteous and very helpful. It was very comparable to on line pricing and in stock(haven't been able to find them on line, in stock)! They located the box, checked to make sure the mod was in perfect working condition and we were on our way.

Best environment ever! Not only do they have everything you’d need (At a great cost), but they have the best customer service! Highly recommend, especially if you’re new to anything, they take the time to talk you through EVERYTHING (seriously spent almost an hour there talking to one guy about a product). I go there for the people, if I could give more than five stars I definitely would:)

Good place for accessories and glass. Bout a faulty battery from them though brought it back next day after i fully tried to charge it and it didnt work. The dude looked me right in my face and told me "oh yea thats a faulty battery sorry....but we dont have any more batteries for you to PURCHASE. So take that as a warning, they wont care if the item doesn't work but they'll be quick to pawn it off.

Brent and Corey are the most friendly well mannered individuals you'll ever meet. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for literally anything from vape supplies down to a snack! Unbeatable customer service! This is the only place to go!!! Don't waste your time at the import house! Go to silver serpent and ask for Brent or Corey! They will take good care if you! I'm super impressed!

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Crazy mark ups. Very non-negotiable pricing. Asked simple question to get refused a sale and being cussed out. I love to support local businesses, however after years of supporting I feel betrayed. I will no longer be a top spending customer. To be fair, Ordering online shows up on your porch. ✌🏿
