I've always had great experiences with everyone at Northland Vapor. Recently, I picked up a Nord2 and was told that instead of changing coils, you replace the whole pod. So, I picked up some extra pods, too. I went to change the pod today only to find that they were empty and didn't contain coils at all. I went back to the store and explained. The clerk was very understanding and gave me credit for the pods to use towards some liquid. Unfortunately, they only had 1 coil on hand, which I bought. I am pleased with how this was handled. Hopefully they get more coils in soon. (RPM .4ohm please! 😆) Edit: this review was meant for the Osgood location.

They didn't have the flavor of the brand I normally vape but they did point me to one that was very similar. Really helpful.

Came here after hearing from a buddy about Northland and I was not let down they have a solid selection of salt nic juice and plenty of devices to choose from. And if you enjoy the benefits of kratom, there selection of veins are in my opinion some top notch stuff. Cool laid back environment, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and very knowledgeable on everything in store. Definitely recommend Northland I know you got my service!

Walking in the store looks amazing, the interiors design is very appealing to the eye and instantly pulls you in. On top of that the glass selection, as well as vape selection is impressive and there are all sorts of products so there’s always something new to try. The best of all is the staff, they’re very polite and knowledgeable on everything in their store and I definitely recommend checking out this store for all your vapor and glass needs👌🏻

I went on 10/10/2020 around 8:50pm, Lady at that helped me was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and kind in helping me find the right product. She used Personal experience and her amazing knowledge of the products , to help me find a produce for my needs. Hands down 10/10 The BEST place to go for your vape and CBD needs.
