Great staff. Great products. Horrible exchange policy. I am new to Northland Vapor and also CBD products in general. I purchased a disposable product yesterday and was aware of the return policy. However, I was not aware that I would need to test the product in the store to ensure it works. I also didn’t realize the return policy included damaged products or exchanges. Very disappointed. I was a happy new customer and now I’m an ex customer.

Defective products often, inflated prices compared to other local shops. Rude staff. Moorhead location is much better. I’ve had defective products before & it’s like whatever, it happens. I get return policy. But if ppl are flocking in with a brand that keeps firing and you offer 30% discount after staff laughing and whipping my defective vape on floor. Literally first thing they said when I got in was start laughing “we got another one firing!” When I had questions on policy asking maturely, the manager approached me aggressively and berated me in front of other customers and was so disrespectful. Also claimed to be owner - I’ve been a northland customer since you opened so I know she is for a fact not. Like I said I understand policy- however if not going to make it right they shouldn’t have told me many coming in today and yesterday with issue /brand, laughing, being disrespectful. I feel like we could have talked it out. They could have called owners and said to stop back later in week. They could have done anything else then their unprofessional, despicable behavior. I feel for the actual owners. Watch ur cameras bc current staff at this location are going to wreck your reputation quickly & it’s shameful.
Also- this is not first time current manager has been rude/unprofessional. Compared to 25th & Moorhead location management it’s a 180. They are much more kind, professional, reasonable.
I reached out to Moorhead and 25th locations. If this can be addressed I’ll happily update this review bc we are all human. But that situation shouldn’t be happening period.

Abby is AWESOME! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I literally just left and I had to write something because Abby made my experience here perfect. She's super personable, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, and just overall very friendly and a great worker. Very pleased, will definitely be returning!

I love this place - amazing options - caring staff - (they will take the time to explain any question you have) and fun promotions. Today I got to spin the wheel and I won extra member rewards points - last time I got to go fishing for a percentage off my sale. All in all A+ place!

Staff is very friendly. They will also answer any questions you have and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have great deals and great rewards. I would definitely recommend Northland Vapor & CBD. This location tends to have more options and variety than the other locations but each location has been fantastic!

I visit all locations in the FM area and about once a year the Bemidji location and everytime I go the employees are always friendly and as helpful as can be. It's rare to see such consistency in quality of employees in a business especially one with multiple locations. High-ly recommend.
