Every employee who works here is very helpful and friendly they answer any questions you have and if you are new to vaping they will show you how to set up your device and how to change the coils out. They also have a lot of different flavors. I have been to other vape stores but Infinite Vapor is by far the best place to go to.

This store often is out of stocks of certain products. Once I came in the middle of the day and they were closed when they should have been open. They have lost me as a customer and I now go to Moe's Smoke shop, which is a much better smoke shop!

Recently made a large purchase here, upon swiping my credit card a message appeared on the screen saying 10% off for students. I asked about it and was told I needed to ask for it before he rang it up, than after a few clicks on the register he told me the transaction was done anyway. I look at the no returns sign as he laughs and says have a nice day. 1/10 will not go again.

Infinite is the superior choice when is comes to vaping, they have an amazing selection of products ranging from beginner to advanced equipment. The staff is awesome they know all there products in and out, i'm very picky when it comes to flavor and they hook me up with the right stuff every time, they have an abundence of inventory and keep things stocked regularly, nobody competes. If you don't go here you're missing out!

Briana Coble I think we got the same guy today and he was extremely rude with us as well. My husband and I went in last friday to purchase new vapes. The gentleman who helped us was great tho he did kind of make us feel like we were sold either an item we really didn't need or didn't explain to us why it would be best to use the item. Anyway, we went in today because the item we were feeling like we were conned into buying wasn't working. The young skinny guy with the speech impediment was extremely rude when informing us he has to "prove it to his own eyes that it doesn't work properly before he will even consider an exchange." This shops return policy is absolute bull! Even with a reciept you cannot return an item unless its defective and that is only for exchange upon manager approval, not a return or a store credit. I understand things like liquids, tanks, ect cannot be returned but a battery charger? WITH a reciept that is only a few days old with the product in brand new condition in the original box? I call bullshit!
This guy was extremely rude, did his absolute best to ignore us and our questions till i stood directly in front of him and would not get out of his field of vision till he answered me. He was condescending and almost seemed hostile. I will NEVER EVER buy another thing in this store or from their company online again. I will travel to Mandan to go the the vape shop their or will order online first.
