John has helped me (a novice vaper) both times i have been in and made me feel comfortable taking my time and explaining all my questions professionally and thoroughly. He even made me not feel so dumb when i accidentally spilled a little e liquid on the counter. I was ordering online from another vendor but strictly because of John i will return.

Excellent staff, some of the best and most knowledgeable I've encountered! I went to upgrade from a mechanical mod to a box mod and they were all very helpful and setup everything for me and showed me what all the settings meant and it was overall a great experience and they also have awesome locally made juices to choose from! I took my mother to a different shop closer to where she lives and the staff there had no knowledge about the box they were trying to sell us.. I will definitely be a return customer to Misty Mountain Vapors for any of my vaping needs. They also have a rewards program which is an app you can install on your phone and tracks your points for you and you get discounts through the app. Although you can find better prices on the internet I stand behind supporting brick and mortar shops which in turn helps out our local economy. If you're trying to save a few dollars buy it online. I personally wanted to go into the store to speak with someone that knows a lot more about vaping than myself and I can justify the increased prices vs the Internet just from what I learned during my visit. 10/10 overall will be a returning customer

Bought my first Joyetech Ego-c from Brenda one of the owners back in September when I quit tobacco and go over for refills and supplies when needed. Was there this morning at their new store on Westgate Rd in Raleigh, and you couldn't ask for better service, better product or nicer folks to deal with. They definitely do not try to sell you something you do not need. Prices are competitive and they go out of their way to make you a happy camper with your vaping needs. So many sample e-juices to taste, really high quality e-juices and they don't rush you! THANK YOU Brenda!

Hands down the best store for vaping in the Triangle. The employees are trained and knowledgeable, and work hard to ensure every visitor gets the individual service and attention they need. If you're hoping to quit smoking and want to use vaping as a bridge to get there, are an enthusiast already, or are just curious what it's all about, go to Misty Mountain on Westgate, or their sister store on Capital.
I've been a customer for years, and they've never let me down.
If you're reading this, do search around to find ways you can keep minors away from vaping, and to help keep electronic cigarettes and juice flavors legal in North Carolina.

I normally order from Madvapes but decided to give this place a visit. We were greeted with all eyes upon us and felt very unwelcome. The guy waiting on us kept vaping and blowing smoke all over us, scratching his crotch and was extremely unhelpful. The final straw for me was when I tried to buy some juice from him. I asked where it was and got a point. I headed that direction and asked is this the juice? No, those are samples he said. Where's the juice? I got another point -- this time behind him. I decided to take my business back to Madvapes. I will never step foot in there again. Very rude, very unprofessional and very unbecoming for any business!! Good luck to them. You've got competition and they are customer oriented so you better get with the program. Plus, Madvapes is a lot cheaper in price to boot! It's a win/win for me and a definite lose for Misty Mountain Vapors as I buy a lot of loot!! ;)

Overpriced products that are outdated and clearly overstocked from 3 to 5 years ago. The price remains higher than the new products. The juices are often 30-40 dollars 100m. This price is double most every other vape shop in the area.

This is an emergency type vape if you live within a mile or so. The shop doesn't carry any quality liquids, tasting bar is set up poorly and they're open less hours than any other shop.. so.. if you can go literally anywhere else, do it.

These guys were super friendly and the prices seemed reasonable. Despite having ample opportunity to sell me things I didn't need, instead they focused on improving the setup that I had and making sure I got the best value for my money. I'll definitely be heading back.

Being the only game in town, they could really be a piece of work. But they aren't. They care about the customers as soon as they walk in the door. Sure, they want to make a buck, otherwise why open a store? But they aren't going to pressure you to make that buck, and they really are concerned about you leaving happy and staying happy. They want you vaping.

Great store, great staff and atmosphere. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great selection of flavors available to try. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
