EDIT 4/27: Ended up ordering a new pen from them! Absolutely love my rainbow Ooze pen, even more than the one I bought locally. It's adjustable and it's MUCH easier to pull off of. So glad I walked into this store on my last visit to Asheville. Recovering from knee replacement and also sciatica, I was hobbling and having great difficulty sleeping. The associate was very friendly and took the time to educate me so I left with a couple of items. The 3Chi Numb has worked wonders helping me sleep. I use it several times a week and have recently shared with a friend (also post surgery) who is buying more. So glad I discovered this!!!

She was actually able to troubleshoot the issue as it turned out the product just needed to be “turned on”. The instructions just were not listed on the box, lol.
