Very happy with my purchase. Shipping was super quick and the cart works great. My only issue is that the packaging it came in, REEKS. Like, it stunk up the entire mail room in my apartment building. It's just an oil cart, so it shouldn't smell that strongly.
Came back to fix my review/rating, because I just received my second order and no smell detected!

I absolutely LOVE CannaBuddy, and I am thankful every day I discovered them. A bonus was realizing how close I am to their curbside location! Due to my work hours I always order online though, and its extremely quick.
Their customer service is wonderful, I've worked with their rep Katie the one time I had an actual order issue in the summer and once recently when a tracking email didn't generate for one of my orders - extremely kind and helpful and swift with resolution. Bonus points for sharing a name with me! 😂 I've always had a 10/10 experience with their customer service.
I also make a standard purchase biweekly, and have for nearly a year now. It's always consistent quality service! I'm thankful I've discovered a couple products that help me manage my chronic pain and daily headaches, and frequent migraines, until I'm able to start the medical journey of getting everything looked at. Placed my first order with CannaBuddy on Jan. 16th and still waiting…Sent two emails, got one response. Filed a claim with USPS. No offer for a refund, discount or anything. My last order! There idea of customer service is wrong. They believe once your order leaves the store, they are no longer responsible. That responsibility is to make sure orders are delivered on time, but they don’t care.
