The gentleman that helped me took GREAT PRIDE in his product, he was so completely knowledgeable! I called about an order that i had not received from the Wilmington store because Paul at the Wilmington store will not respond. I have called for two days trying to get a response. Adam told me he did not know who to ask about such matters, told me he didn't know who his own store manager was, and that he was not obligated to help me or to put me in contact with management. I called back a second time to question such nonsense and Adam hung up the phone after telling me he didn't appreciate my attitude. I absolutely will not be told that i have an attitude problem for asking about an order.
All hemp garden stores in north carolina are affiliated with one another and owned by the same group of people, and founded by Paul Simon. Any store manager such as Travis from the Greenville store should absolutely know who to contact if another store manager will not respond.

As a women living with very bad anxiety, I was so nervous already going to Hemp Garden alone & figured i’d just go in & grab the quickest thing and leave. I’m not sure what the young mans name was that was working yesterday, but he was absolutely amazing. So kind, and informative. & HONEST! Wasn’t trying to sell me anything I didnt want & and answered every single one of my questions respectfully. I never felt so relaxed with a stranger before. I will definitely be back & will spend all my money here!!! Fav store ever! They really care!
