The store is very neat and the manager Parker is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad the store is under new management, can definitely see the difference in a good manager and a bad one.

Nice store front and location. The service is phenomenal! They have a huge selection, and great prices to match! I was looking for a new regular spot to purchase juices and coils. My last spot was good, but they were never open after I got off work. Made things very inconvenient for me. "Good Guy" is open 7 days a week with hours to fit anyone's schedule! I definitely look forward to being a regular customer!

sophie is the best there! her outgoing personality makes it so easy to talk to her. she always gives the best recommendations for trying new products. she can seriously help you with whatever you’re looking for! they also have the best prices for everything! 100% recommend!

Braxton is extremely personable, friendly, and has great customer service skills. No words exist to describe how pleasant this buisness is.

Great staff and always helpful. I was looking for a specific mod for my kit ( which nobody apparently carried). Good guy vapes staff informed me of which mods would work with my set and even gave me recommendations of what they thought would work best. Since then I’ve been a loyal customer and have recommended everyone to go to them.

Good guy is one of the best vape shops ever fantastic staff. Wide spread of juice with fantastic prices. Margo is great with customers with amazing knowledge of all products. Amazing atmosphere, nice place to come chill and pick up a new mod. The only shop I will ever go to.😀

Fairly new to vaping, and honestly, feel I couldn't have made a better choice of where to go starting out. Unlike many other shops, there's no pressure whatsoever from staff when just browsing but whenever I had a question I could count on getting a knowledgeable, honest answer. Margeaux, has exceptional customer service skills and I really appreciated the fact she was very patient with me and informative to help me make the right purchase! On top of that very good prices and nice selection of products make this place unbeatable!

Great store and awesome help. Alvin Rubio was a great help and really knows his products. Prices are so much better then Mad Vapes. Worth the extra few minutes to go there. Great service! Emma is a great employee. She's very friendly and upbeat. Always willing to let you try anything before you buy and gives pro and cons about all vapes. Over-all good service!

This place is practically in the middle of nowhere. I only went because it was Sunday and I needed something specific and they were the closest shop that was open and carried the product. It took so long to get here, my plans for the whole day were thrown off. On top of this the customer service was sub par. The clerk wasn't rude, just not very helpful, didn't greet me as I entered (nor the people who entered while I was there), and I felt like it was a burden for her to help me. I'll go back of I HAVE to, but that's the only time.

EDIT: After I posted this review, Omar (shop manager/owner), replied and we talked. He wanted to make things right. I went back to the store today and he was there and gave me a store credit as an apology. I was assisted by the same young woman (Emma) who was helpful and turned out to be quite knowledgeable about their products. I brought a list with me of things I was looking for and when I told her which was most important (a new tank with a softer hit than the one currently on the mod), she immediately had a suggestion. Emma was able to explain why it would be a softer hit as well as other features about the tank. When I decided to get that, plus a pack of coils to go with it, she also made sure to go over what was included in the box with me. It was a much better experience and it meant a lot that Omar reached out to me to make things right. I'll definitely be back.

TL;DR - I had a sub par customer service experience the first time I went in. The owner gave me a store credit to apologize. I went back and got to see how knowledgeable & helpful they are. I'm changing from 3 stars to 5 and will come back again.
