They have a great selection and are helpful. Only advice I can give is know what you’re being charged before you put in your card! Wasn’t just once....3 times I was “accidentally” overcharged. Last time I didn’t get the difference back in money.... a store credit. Not really ok!
Please notice the sign - No returns - No exchanges - No exceptions. I was being sold a tank that wouldn’t fit - luckily I opened it before it was paid for - unfortunately, I probably would have been stuck!

i come into this store everyday and the customer service is amazing each worker here is so helpful and nice and they honestly keep me coming back! sometimes i come in just to chill with the workers cause they are putting off such a freindly environment and are like family, they help me with any and all questions i have. they are easily the best smoke shop in all of the united states 100/10 recommended!

First off the selection of this particular store is very well stocked as well as unique. All of the employees work very hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Nate in particular, he helped so very much. I came in with a budget of 100 dollars and he helped me find the perfect water-pipe in only 80. He is an exceptional salesman and I will definitely be returning and hope Nate is there to assist me again with his knowledge.

There are a lot of these shops sprouting up here and there since vaping has grown in popularity, but it still can all come down to authentic, good customer service and a relaxed atmosphere; Vapor Smoke Shop has that aspect of the business in spades, along with a great selection and knowledge on what to recommend.

Not the best selection of vapes, the smell is so strong inside (incense) it’s almost not bearable. The customer service was decent besides the fact that they seem to not be sneaky. I will say I hated the vape I bought and although I was NOT happy that they wouldn’t give me my money back, they did swap it out for another very high priced device. —Prices are way over priced.—Much rather go to Infinity’s End or Kure.
