I had a few good experience at this location, however my husband went to this location to purchase two vape mods for us, it was time for new ones. I am a hotel manager and I work 60-80 hours a week, so I was not available to go with him. A few weeks back we purchased two tanks at this location, my husband showed them the tanks and the staff said there wouldn't be an issue with the tanks and this mod working together. He bring this to me at my work and it doesn't work with my tank......He went to go take it back... but of course they stated that some "crazy laws" state that you cannot return these items....They did not tell him that at the time of purchase........SO then he went in and they gave him some crappy connector piece that literally looks horrific on my mod. I have tried to get a hold of a manager but the phone number doesn't work. All and all, I am extremely disappointed!! I will make sure all of my friends are aware of the vast lack of service at this location. We will definitely not be returning. Welp...that is $100+ down the drain.

I live in Plaza Midwood and have for 7 years. I love my community and I am known as a happy, go lucky, inhabitant. I recently bought a defective Smok vape. It leaked from day 1. I asked for an exchange 5 days after purpose. The young woman, who knows me said to bring it back and we would exchange it. Unfortunately, she was not there and I encountered the "manager". He was rude, unrelenting and totally unsympathetic. I did lose it out of sheer frustration that he was stealing $60 from me. I raised my voice!! So sorry but all I saw was the injustice. I am not sure that his Lack of common sense belongs in this peaceful, loving community. This business does not belong in this small community 😎

“Check back tomorrow we just got the shipment in today” so y’all have the product that I want in the store but y’all won’t sell it to me. Cool that is a solid way to make people unhappy, keep up the good work.

This is a cool smoke shop I like to get little goodies from. Every employee is different and educated on what's in the shop differently but I've never had a bad experience. Come check them out I promise you won't be disappointed.

THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT TRUE!! High Life does not carry synthetics- last time I checked they are illegal! This is a awesome place! Not to mention they have like 8 other locations!!! So no matter whereabout you are in the Charlotte area, you'll find one!

Liz had helped me today she was very knowledgable and helpful she was extremely nice she didnt get annoyed or try to hurry me even when I asked to see something different like 30 times it was a great experience I'll def be back to make future purchases

I got 100 ml of vape juice and a coil for $15. But, the guy OPENED my juice after I paid for it just so he could smell it. There's parking in the back of the store. And I don't remember there being a wheelchair ramp. They have great prices. But they lost a star when dude opened my juice.

When I walked in, I got bad vibes from the lady covered in tattoos. She pressured me to make quick decisions to buy things and didn't even mention that the started kit tank for vapers weren't the best tanks. My boyfriend has been using vapor and knew those tanks weren't good and that's the only reason I knew to get a different tank. The kit they sold me for $55 can easily be bought online for $20-25, so it;s way over priced. She wasn't rude, I just felt rushed. I feel like she knows everything is over priced and pressures you to buy quickly so you over look that aspect. They do have good prices on juices and they have pure VG juices. They also have a juice that has melatonin in it, which is a cool concept. They also have pure energy liquids, which is also interesting. We bought a few of those. I probably wouldn't buy the equipment from this store, but the liquids are a good price.

Amanda was extremely helpful. I didn’t know much about the hookah I was trying to purchase and she got me everything I needed. Love this shop. Best one in Charlotte.

My dude Jared made sure all my vape needs where met. Jared has great customer service skills and I would highly recommend if for anyone visiting the store. High life has killer deals and friendly staff!
