I used to visit this store almost bi-weekly and spend about $50 per visit. Two days ago, I again went there and got about $100 worth of cigars. But then I got into an argument with a newly hired person there and decided not to buy anything. I knew the previous guy who was working there and he was extremely nice guy. This new hire should not be working in any store. He is rude and unstable. I strongly suggest the owner to fire him immediately. Not just me the other customer there also left after me. He was about to buy an expensive zippo looking light. I don't think I can shop there anymore with that guy around.

Fantastic establishment worthy of anyone's business.
Selection is incomparable as is the customer service provided by the employees. Walking in immediately gives you the sense of quality and attention to detail the manager and workers strive for.
DO NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE.

Very unprofessional. They had a few glass pipes on sale so I asked to see three of them. As I picked up each one I realized each one had a crack in it, one was huge and ran the length of the pipe. I told the person assisting me but he didnt seem to care and offered me a discount. When I declined he retuned the cracked pipe to the display.
One of the glass pipes had clearly been used and poorly cleaned. You could see residue on the inside of the inner bowl and when I put it to the light you could see small amounts of residue throughout the pipe. Being this is a smoke shop they should have at least had enough sense to properly clean the pipes if they were going to try to resell a used pipe.

Great selection, great prices, most importantly great staff!!! they are very friendly and knowledgeable with the selection of vape products. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly and was given a great price on my favorite e-juice. I would recommend anyone in The vape community to come to this location. The best vape shop around!

I would avoid this place, its a rip off, go to Reedy Creek down the road, prices are 20 to 30% less. Flying monkey preroll is $14 here only $10 dollars there. I'll never go back here

Used to be my go to spot but seeing how they don't ever restock juices I'm out!
Oh...and 3 separate times tried to sell me a $13.99 juice for 21+. Honestly used to love this place

I just saved 50% on my vaping expenses by switching to online vape shops :) and the online shops are actually capable of managing inventory prior to selling out its incredible! apparently that's just too complicated for the big brains at cloud heaven.

The 1 star is purely for the one lady that works there. Rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Everyone else is usually amazing.
