Outstanding new age modern small business. Very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed learning about CBD oil, tinctures and balms. Also hemp and some info on how much to take. Mainly what to take. Appears to be a great variety. I like the balm/cream for my arthritis. Very clean and well organized. Phenomenal service! I really felt no pressure. Great location. Easy parking. Right in the heart of downtown City of Tonawanda. Next to Allstate across from Citizens Bank. I'm impressed. Enjoyed the experience. Great addition to the community!

Was really glad to find this place in Tonawanda. I had been to some other local CBD dispensaries and decided to try Sativa Remedy because of a sale they had during the Superbowl. Upon walking in the storefront is clean and inviting, even refreshing due to the wood accents and plants. The man at the counter was extremely helpful, as I had only come with a partial idea of what I wanted. He took time to explain everything to me, describe flavor profiles, and give information about the source of the product. He also had samples available so that I could see and smell them. I left very please with the whole experience. Also the product that I purchased from them was better quality than others I have tried in the past (like...WAY better). I bought the pre-rolled CBD and it was great quality, I love the 7-cherries variety they have right now! Also placed an order online with them recently and received it quickly and with a discount from a sale or a previous order! Had some questions recently also about CBD gummies and using CBD for certain symptomatology, and the explanation they gave was sincere, researched and honest. Couldn't be more happy! Would definitely recommend this place for ANY CBD needs.
