Prices are a tad on the expensive side, but for the quality of product, it isn't terrible. Not to mention the sales that Decades runs every year are probably the best around. Clerks are definitely approachable but don't go out of their way to talk to customers unless you approach them first.

Standing at the counter with defective items just to be ignored and told to keep getting back in line. Never been treated so horribly. Will never shop here again. Horrible customer service
