I've been using Head & Heal CBD oil for many months now for back and knee pain. I have to say for myself, it doesn't seem to help with my pain BUT greatly has helped with my anxiety. I don't need to take prescription medicine for anxiety & my doctor is happy! My husband recently started using a lower dose of the CBD oil at bed time to help him sleep better. He has shoulder problems and finds the Head & Heal CBD oil gives him a better nights sleep with less tossing & turning on his shoulders! I don't know what we'd do without it!

I first learned about head and heal at a food co-op in Ithaca. I tried it for sleep and pain (I have fibromyalgia) and had my first good sleep in decades. Both the product and the customer service are great. The tincture is much better than either the softgels or gummies sold elsewhere and using the dropper you can control your exact dose.

I was experiencing intractable back pain , muscle spasms from repetitive work . My anxiety level was horrible . I found the broad spectrum CBD oil at a local store and purchased it to help have relief. I had prescription muscle relaxers from the Physician which did not work . Over the counter ibuprophen and naproxen did not work . Heat and cold applications did not work . Muscle creams herbal or other wise did not work . I was in such pain that sleep loss was occurring . My daily life was miserable and I spent my days moving little as possible . It was difficult to work through a shift . My last resort was CBD oil . After purchasing and starting to use the oil I started to notice relief which improved with in the next few days . I also noticed a tremendous drop in my levels of stress caused by the pain . I have also tried the lotion and salve for spot muscle tension pain . What relief !!!! I was sleeping and able to work with out the constant pain and muscle spasms . I have arthritis in my spine which was also aggravated . My husband is 81 . He has arthritic pain and joint discomfort which are unrelieved at times despite lidoderm prescription patches daily . I encouraged him to try the broad spectrum oil I had bought and it helped lessen his discomfort as well . I am so glad to have found head and heal ! I have been using a small does of CBD tincture for sleep aid. The Head and Heal tincture works as well as the higher priced tincture I had been using and has a 20% higher concentration of hemp extract while costing about 30% less. I also purchased the H&H CBD lotion to use for arthritis in my wrist. I had used another brand of CBD lotion with minimal results. The H&H lotion has taken down the swelling in my wrist and stopped the pain.
