Bought a delta 8 pen here, the product was sold to me broken, used 1 time before it broke. I called to ask if I could replace it was told that it was my fault it was broken, and that there is a 24 hour no return policy. Go here if you want to pay money and get nothing.

I visited this location on three separate occasions. Each time I have been thoroughly satisfied, both with the customer service of the staff as well as the products purchased. My first time was just to check out the shop, and get a feel for the vibe; check out the set up and such. Upon entering, my friend who accompanied me, and myself, were greeted by a relaxed yet upbeat and friendly staff member, who went above and beyond my standards as to what I believe a specialist should be, or as a customer service representative overall.
I am a cannabis enthusiast, however, my friend who is by no means a cannabis user, was intrigued by a few of the CBD products such as the topicals for pain, as well as THC products. Based on the information provided, we made a purchase. We have been back twice more and each time not only made a purchase but have learned a little something more, with eager enthusiasm each time.
