Went in with a friend of mine the other day and had a great experience. Carlos in particular was one of the most helpful people I’ve worked with. Extremely polite, super stand-up guy. My friend had a bit more knowledge on the product than me but Carlos was super helpful in explaining everything to me! He went above and beyond my expectations. Where do I begin? Super stressed about finding products needed for my aunt’s birthday present and came into the store with no knowledge and major confusion. I was met with the kindness and compassion of a man named Carlos. Carlos was not only intelligent, well versed in business and customer service but helped me pretty much entirely shop, giving advice and suggestions to make sure I made the wisest purchase for my aunt. I will be honest, I was super apprehensive shopping at a store that I knew nothing about, but with Carlos’ support and genuine personality I felt more comfortable learning and purchasing items.
