Placed a pick up order, drove an hour to get there and was snapped at because they are supposed to be picked up an hour BEFORE they close, (arrived at 2:45) according to the less than friendly lady up front. Nowhere on their website does it say ANYTHING remotely close to that.
Got my bag of stems and wished the lady a nice day, won't be back.

Very rude and short treated a disabled veteran like a kid. Terrible service i will never purchase from them again. Over priced but they know they can be rude and take advantage of patients because they are the only dispensery in silver city. Ill just drive somewhere else to get my medical even if its 2 hours away. Very disappointing experience.

I came back and edited my review from 4 stars to one because the manager of this place has completely lost her mind. I have two sons with epilepsy and CBD is spectacular for stopping seizures! I took my son in one day to get what he needed like we had done a million times before but this time he was met by the manager and told he was banned from the store! She never gave an explanation as to why he was banned and still will not! My son is very quiet and always been respectful of everyone there! So, we will never know because the manager still refuses to give him or me a reason as to why! I have heard this has happened to several other customers there now that I have started talking about it to people! Tread lightly because you never know if you will be banned from there for no reason at all!!
