Very dishonest owner and employee! Sold me a no good puffco plus pen! Employee and receipt state 24 hours for exchanges, was back at store in 2 hours and they didn't care it didn't work! spent $125 on junk, not cool especially during pandemic! Will never go to this store again! We have more choices now, 2 new stores🥰 also 420 giving freebies n discounts for recent good reviews on here, be honest folks! Ivan the owner was rude when I called him, I thought employee new not helpful nope Ivan yelled at me and said staff would take care of it, ivan knew staff was not taking care of it!

This is a decent place it would be nice if they let you shop a bit. The staff tends to be over attentive to the point that it makes you question if they're trying to be helpful or making sure you're not trying to steel. At my age, with the money I make, that being more than a sufficient amount to say, that they don't have a single thing to make steeling worth it, in fact I would be far more inclined to purchase the store and the inventory before stealing from them, in fact I almost.did that very thing after leaving once, and believe it or not I'm type who would do that, get one item I went in to get, and giving everything else away just to make the point that some loss is the nature of ALL.retail sales,but steeling is not the nature of ALL retail buyers

Never heard of a business who could not discuss prices over the phone. I called to check on some prices of some items, they wouldn't give me any info and said I had to come in. This place is sketchy and ran by dishonest people.

This place has everything that u need 2 get ur smoke on plus u can also get free mail service there meaning u can get a free mail box plus he has free snacks & hot water 2 make coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Ivan ( the owner ) has put up a pool table & other various machines 4 enjoyment 4 his customers. He is on premises & helps every which way he can. The staff are very courteous & knowledgeable on the products they sell there. I would definitely recommend this place. I give it 5 stars.

Great shop! They have everything you need for all you smokers & CBD smokers out there! Awesome store in a good area of town. Right across the Santa Claran Hotel Casino. The employees are professional & Courteous! Especially the 2 brothers that work there Carlo Rey & JonLuke! They are handsome, knowledgeable, respectful & sweet! I do have to mention Cameron & Damien as well! You can't go to a better place than this!

Completely unprofessional behavior from the owner. If you had a bad experience or just find them unpleasant he takes his time to look for you on social media and start a smear campaign. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Did not have a good experience here. Their glass is very cheap and broke the first time I tried to use it. They also do not take faulty items back so I wouldn't recommend this shop for glass or anything more expensive than a single use item.
