Terrible products and service. Unfortunately Deming is small so we don't have many choices and I tried to give this place chances but no more. All the vapes I bought right off the bat would leak and I tried everything to stop them and then the batteries I would buy for my cartridges would break after a day or two. I tried to go in this last time about it. I unfortunately work overnights and couldn't come in till by day off which was a week from when I bought it. They wouldn't do anything but give a couple of dollars off the next one. I would recommend the other smoke shop in Deming or just buy from Amazon if u can.

Everything was overpriced and I went in for a glass replacement for my vape and had to buy a whole new top that is a knock off overpriced brand and works terribly do not go here take my advice and find somewhere else that actually cares about there customers and not just about money

Hey will you keep the Tobacco I purchase in stock? Sure two weeks later and no Tobacco empty shelves. Will be in next week. Apparently next week is just a leader to get you in the store again. But that only works 3 weeks in a row. Instead of saying maybe next month

quality kind of sucks. I went in last week and bought a 100$ vape. This morning the screen just died. it hasn't been overcharged or dropped just normal use. And so I go into the store and start talking to the guy and he offers me too buy another one for $50 instead of just either giving my money back or replacing it. not that impressed and hope to resolve the matter :edit the matter has been resolved by the lady kinda scoffing and saying we can't do anything about it. I won't be recommending this place anybody nor will I be coming back

I went in to the clean and spacious store. I asked if vaping is like smoking. They said no. I said how does it differ. They shrugged their shoulders. They didn't attempt to teach me anything about vaping. I asked about different strengths of nicotine and they shrugged their shoulders again. I felt like I was interrupting them, in spite of being the only person other than the employee. If they are knowledgeable, they don't want to share their knowledge.
