Euphoria Wellness - Cannabis Dispensary

I agree with a previous poster that the place has changed over the last year. When I started patronizing this place they had a TON of knowledgeable staff, no waits, long hours, debit or cash on in-store, pickup AND delivery of products and a great selection. Most of the staff I grew to know have gone and been replaced with new people that don’t seem as knowledgeable to me. Delivery went to cash only a few months ago, and they don’t give a delivery time window anyway so it’s a crapshoot as to when your delivery will show up. I just stopped in today in person as delivery isn’t working for me anymore (no time window AND cash only), only to discover that the store has gone cash-only too. While they have an atm in store, it’s $200 max and the charge is $3.00 per every $200. I buy ounces at a time and it’s usually the good stuff so it’s over $400 meaning I show up with cash or hit their atm three times in a row. I have spent over $5000 at this store, making me a “VIP”, and while I do still get discounts on some products, some I don’t and I’m pretty sure that’s not the way it was explained to me in the early days - I believe it was a flat discount on all products (I could be mistaken - short term memory lapses and what not, lol). Short story, I’m going to give my business to my next favorite store, Apothecarium, and come back to Euphorium when they bring back debit to all services and fix the delivery system so I’m not waiting 8 hours on a Friday for someone that may or may not show up.

Just bought my first 8th from here and my experice was great I told one of the laides what I was looking for narrow it down to two option walked out with some green crack yup this guy a happy camper... I just need something to keep me going while I work noting to knock me in my butt..

Has some of the best customer service I've experienced at any Nevada recreational medical marijuana shop. I love the deal they have on their homegrown items. Definitely would reccommend this place to anyone. They are the best with call in and pickup ordering. Haven't tried the delivery, but will soon!

Worst experience ever. my girlfriend is a medical patient and has seizure has trouble talking and wanted to get some rso from this place. as soon as we go in I let them know I need to go in with her because we are shopping together and has seizure and they denied me and told me its state law they can not let us shop together or even talk to each other while in the back looking at products. very unhappy and hope she is not in pain now that we have to hunt for rso.

They refused to sell me medical grade even though I had my medical card. They said I have to shop with a “caregiver” I am not under 18, I am my own guardian. Their “policy” does not match the state of Nevada, nor does it make sense. Terrible service, and their manager didn’t even know what to say because she was not educated on the medical laws.

Super awesome Budtender, hooked it up exactly how I wanted and just a great energy!

Staff and customer service has really gone down hill. I used to come here all the time but now I just use this as a backup if the other dispensaries are sold out of something and I don't want to wait.. it's a shame too, back before Marijuana was legalized they had wonderful customer service, staff was friendly and helpful, they knew me by my name, they didn't seem high all the time... Since legalization though... This place has gone way down hill. Shame..

Edit* Euphoria Wellness has contacted me now and they are taking the cartridge back as defective. I appreciate the quick response in this matter as I was not satisfied. I am completely disappointed with the service I was provided at this dispensary. I previously left a good review, but that was to get $5 off. On that visit I bought a vape cartridge by the brand of "Kynd". It worked for about 10 pulls then became harder and harder to get hits and eventually quit working. I figured Euphoria Wellness would back up their brands but apparently I was wrong. I brought it back to the store and they told me that because I did not use the "Kynd" brand battery and I used a "modded" battery, they would not take it back. The manager offered me 20% off of a new one...which is worthless because I received 20% off for first visit anyway. I fought and they eventually offered me 30% off which to me is pathetic, and absolutely not worth it. I will NEVER recommend this dispensary to anyone nor will I every be back.

I just love this place !! The costumer service is amazing everyone is so friendly. They have the best sales in town and the bud isn't bad either . I been to other dispensary's and this is one is hands down the best.

Best prices in Vegas regularly!! After shopping around for months I found this is the best in Las Vegas for price and staff. Never a wait and if there is it's no more than 5 minutes.
