Tonight I goofed up and bought a cartridge instead of a disposable. I went back to exchange it when Craig, the NEWE manager (?), instead gave me a battery, free of charge! I was happily surprised by his customer service and friendliness. Definitely would recommend!

The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure I got the best deals and quality. I am so glad I stopped in. Take note they are cash only, however they do have an ATM inside (though it costs more but that's what you get for convenience)
