The store in Norfolk has the worst customer service EVER. I had a horrible experience I went the next day to talk to "a manager" about my problem.........he did a horrible job also. Does corporate know this is being aloud in the store. They lost my business and ice been talking with a couple of friends and they also have had horrible products or services from the same location. So I guess I'll see how long this review stays up. Lol

It would be nice if they actually had someone who knew something about vaping and not just cbd. I been customers with them since the came to town and my only big complaint is that, they say they are hiring and will never have an app. My fiance knows more about vaping then moat your staff there now and he has been trying to get a job with them for years. Hire experience people you will sell more products that way
