i tried to come in here and buy a new piece and was treated so poorly i walked out. I (and I communicated this to the little creepy guy working) that i intended on spending $500 at least on a piece to upgrade on my current one. Instead I was so put off by the dude there that i decided to take my business to another store in Missoula instead. bottom line there are definitely better stores in Missoula that deserve your business more than this place.

Meh. Poor customer service. I was looking at 3 peices, and the salesman quit talking to me, ignored me for two guys asking about the CHEAPEST pipes you sold. I was going to buy all 3 pipes. You lost a sale on Sunday afternoon because the sales associate was rude. Hope this place goes under.
