Really angry that after asking to "peek at my ID" she entered my info into the computer without my permission while I was distracted. I did not give her permission to put my info in their system. That is some extremely creepy behavior right after weed was legalized here. If they had asked my permission I would have walked out as I don't want my weed purchases tracked. No one does and I guess that's why they do it dishonestly instead.

These guys are jokes. (DO NOT GO!) I love solvent-less hash products so I thought I’d check these guys out to celebrate 710. I had bought my full 8 grams of concentrate from various dispensary’s and the one from Groove looked short. I don’t normally, but I weighed it out and it was .88. I figured I just wouldn’t touch the product yet and seek assistance from Groove staff. They basically told me “too bad you bought it”. I work in the industry and will no longer be going or sending ANY of my customers that way. This “company” clearly has its interests in money rather then customer service.

Went into groove before heading to whitefish and got done cartridges, one happened to be faulty and not working properly. I called the store coming home from whitefish to express my concern and an employee waited past business hours (around 35 min past closing) to switch my faulty one out and made sure I had one that worked. Excellent customer service and even better products would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Cartridges are the best in montana!
