Sub par customer service experience is most of my reason for the ok rating. I was told I would get a discount for being new but it wasn't applied automatically by the budtender like many other shops. It felt like they expected me to request it after they offered it. They do have a wide range of products. More than other shops I've been to which is great, but it appeared overpriced across the board. They sell high quality stuff for top dollar and lower quality stuff for lower prices but still not a great price for what it is. I'd rather go to a place with all high quality options than a range of quality and a even wider range of price myself. The products I purchased were decent, lots of stems in the flower tho.
