Changing my rating not because the medical isnt good . I initially went and stayed going to this dispensary because of the customer service . Madision was the reason why I kept going. I went to college for human services .Crm is the most important .One of the employees aint know I knew the owner.Feel I rubbed them the wrong way cause they diss me. Everytime since I been going been getting that same racist feel from tala not liking it .Put madision in front she is the strongest person there.Shr may not know everything but she can learn . Her sweetness is what made me come .
I dont like the attitude I get. I vibe off of energy its no good .

She needs to be trained on work place etiquette euphemisms and dysphamisms. The way you say and talk to the customer matters. Came a few times to see if it would change it didn't . Should let me give a free class to your employess on how to have a healthy customer interaction. Update I have returned to the facility what a complete difference 3/1/2022 man they are awesome very polite and nice now that's how you get good customer service back

Cannot say enough good things about this flower. Today I stopped in to get a little Indica and some sativa. I purchased some pine-sol and some modified grapes. Dang peoples. Dang. This stuff is pretty. Very very pretty. I've read the couple negative reviews and had to laugh. I've been to almost all of the dispensaries around and these
Guys are definitely at the top. Lighthouse has super friendly staff too, and this flower! This flower is covered in a soft velvety down of keef. Like morning dew that just crystallized, yum. These strains are beautiful. Keep it up guys and gals.

Amazing product but even more amazing staff. Always friendly and always helpful. They make you feel like a friend especially the manager I think her name is emily. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I've been a patient here for a while used to be good quality. Now the good strains are all discontinued and the selection is 4 or 5 different strains only. Quality has gone to way down. Trimming looks like it was done by Ray Charles and Stevie wonder seeds galore. Hopefully we'll untether soon and then the quality providers will succeed and the inferior will go away. Used to really like the product here ..for the past 6 months or so it's been mediocre at best. People however are always friendly. Wish they'd get itmtogether

Since untethering and visiting dispensaries all across the state, once again Lighthouse, I am your biggest fan! My family has run craft gardens in Northern Cal for over 30 years. I was worried when moving to MT that I'd never find the same quality and maybe have to go back home from time to time to restock my meds but nope, I am so happy that I have found a little bit of home quality here in of all places, Billings. Hey Lighthouse, are you sure you're not from Humboldt? They are a pretty tough act to follow given what the states have done to change the face of the industry, turning it into a money making machine where most have no clue what quality is, nor do they care. As I was reading some of Lighthouses other reviews, I could not help but notice the people who wrote them a bad review but then wrote good reviews for those whose medicine is literally garbage, high production Walmart weed. Some of you obviously have no idea what true craft cannabis is! But that's fine! You can keep your Walmart weed. It just leaves the good stuff for me.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! I've been with them for almost a year now. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and knowlegable. They are up to date on the laws and keep their patients informed and I love that. Anytime I had questions or needed help finding a strain that worked for me, the staff was able to help. I highly recomend them!

I had to come back and touch the quality- I've never had an issue of having too many seeds or anything in my product. The only issue I had was learning I was allergic to one of the Terpines (sp?) and they were quick to offer to replace the remainder of that purchase with something I could actually smoke. I didn't expect that and it was very much appreciated.

I have also never felt rushed or unwelcome while there. I was actually 'that customer' one night who showed up literally with a minute to spare. The employees working still welcomed me in with a smile, and we're willing to pull some of their product back out if that's what I was looking for. They didn't have to do that at all, but I am grateful because I needed my medication bad that night. Just one of the many reasons I have no problem driving across town to get to them!
