I bought a vape from the manger then opened and tried it in store, it was extremely unpleasant to hit. I hadn’t left the store yet so I asked if I could exchange it but the manager would not let me. He claimed I had broke it but I had followed all instructions given in front of him. Very unprofessional service with minors shopping right next to me that never got checked for age, definitely not ever going back.
