Literally walked in bought the vapes got to the parking lot and turned around the vapes were burnt go back in and he tells me that they no longer trade them out . Wth I’m in there at least 2 a week never had a problem before but after spending a lot of money in there and the first time I’m literally telling u just sold me a burnt vape … he says I can discount on another one . Like for real no thank you . I’ll take my money else where

Definitely NOT going back again. Bought a vape there that was defective. They would not give me an exchange. Told me I had to send it in to the manufacturer...isn't that THEIR job!?! Anyways I'll stick with Cloud Vapez...had the same issue and they helped me with no problems. 👍

Whether it be failures from their CBD or Nicotine vape products Jordan and his employees WILL NOT make it right. The best they will do is offer you a 10% discount on a failed product. The service is deplorable and the the management makes zero effort to make good on any defective products. Do yourself a favor and chose Cloudz Vape first. They stand behind manufacturers defects and DO NOT expect the customer to absorb the defects. I will NEVER buy another product from them again.
Even when defective products were left with contact information to make good ZERO effort was made. That’s a direct reflection on the management as well as the “dealer” approach they take with their product.
