Went up to get a couple of Sea Stixs and look at some of the mods they had available. The guy working the shop, Anthony, was absolutely awesome. Answered any question I had and if he didn’t know told me so instead of giving me a wrong answer. Ended up spending quite a bit of time in there and talking with him. Best customer service I have received in a very long time. Would highly recommended anybody to go up and see him for any questions or nicotine needs!

This is my favorite place to go to. They have a large selection of juices. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I always get fast service. I never spend more than 5 minutes in store.

Not impressed with the staff or visibility of your products. I have been a Vapor World customer for years, starting in Springfield. We recently moved here and I was happy to see a Vapor World. I came up this morning for juice and coils. The staff member barely acknowledged me. When I told him I needed juice and coils he just stood there. Didn’t ask me what kind or anything. He grabbed my coils and then again just stood there. I told him I think you quit selling the one I usually use.... he said “ya we got rid of a bunch”. I said I can’t really see what you have without lights and the blue lights shining. He didn’t respond. So I picked out a familiar juice and began to pay. He was much nicer when he realized how many “points” I have, I assume to suggest I was a regular customer. Funny how people change the way they treat you after realizing you are a legitimate recurring customer. I think I’ll try the other Vapor World instead. Hope they have higher customer service standards like the locations in Springfield.

Went in a purchased a Lost Vape Orion today and the experience was pretty damn easy. The staff is knowledgeable and will indefinitely be able to answe any of your questions and they’ll even set your mod up for you! Great selection on mods and juices. Keep up the good work!
