The associates Luke, Deonte, and Anna did an excellent job at educating me about the products and giving me recommendations. I was enrolled in their rewards program, and rung up quickly and smoothly. A comfortable shopping trip from beginning to end.

Wanted to try a lotion for relieving foot pain and was welcomed in immediately. Hadley toured various products and answered all of my questions. Nearly two weeks later, I'm feeling it's easier to walk around. The two employees were so helpful!

I have to say first off. My first experience was very pleasant and the Lady I spoke with was very helpful, courteous and kind. I wish I had her name but it was a few months ago.
Now, the reason I am leaving this one star review is because I had called first to ask for CBD cartridge that is geared towards insomnia and the girl that picked up the phone let me know they did have those cartridges and I stated that I would be in before they closed. Well, I came in and there were a few people ahead of us and I heard the conversations and tips she provided the people ahead of me and when it came time to help me with my request I had let her know that I was the person who called in about the CBD cartridge for insomnia and which cartridge would be most helpful. She huffed and walked over and very briefly gave a description. Compared to the previous customers who had then left the store whom she was very helpful and gave excellent tips for them, but when it came time to help me for whatever reason,( I believe at this point it was discriminatory). She just was very glib with me and her whole demeanor just screamed racism and why is this place hiring people like that.
The very frustrating part to me is when it came time to pay, I handed the card to her in her hand,( the cashier name was Reese). When the transaction was completed she just slid the card on the counter and said very tongue in cheek, “have a good day.”
When I asked if I could get a receipt she huffed again. Mind you, she offers the people ahead of me their receipt or how to get their recipes emailed to them and didn’t even offer any of that so I am highly disappointed and will also file a BBB report for discrimination against this business.
I would like Reese to personally apologize to me for the behavior she displayed toward me, a paying customer who at one point loved this store.

This place always takes great care of me. Ali helped me last time, she actually sold me on a few new products too! All CBD products from here are solid purchases. And they always have an extra treat for my dog!
Even if you aren't sure about any products, go in and ask a couple questions, they'll totally take care of you! They've got knowledge for days.

Such a knowledgeable friendly staff! Mat is very kind and knowledgeable. So helpful with any kind of problems and questions. The products are amazing and the delta 8 is top notch. As a chronic pain patient this stuff is such a great help so I don’t have to pop pills.

As a regular customer I can say that every employee at this location is awesome. However, I want to give special recognition to Reese. She is always so personable and doesn’t just use the go-to cookie cutter phrases that most people who work with the public use. When she asks how you’re doing, it feels like she actually wants to know.
She’s always prompt as far as getting what I came in for ready, and finishing the transaction. But! I always end up staying longer than I intended and chatting with her, because she’s just so great.
I noticed another customer commented that she came across as possibly being prejudice because of the way the customer was treated. I don’t know Reese personally, so I can’t say for certain that wasn’t the case. I can however say that more than once I’ve came into the store while an employee was already helping a customer, and 9 times out of 10 it’s someone interested in a new product so they have a lot of questions. In which case the employee will excuse themselves at an appropriate time during the conversation to help me. I always know exactly what I came in for so it’s always a quick transaction, without much conversation other than what is necessary.
So maybe (and hopefully, because obviously there’s no excuse for people being treated poorly because of another prejudices. Not to mention I would never try to make excuses for such behavior) this was the case.
Anyway! Like I said everyone at this location is consistently beyond amazing, but I am always happy to see Reese is working when I stop in.
