The employees at this store are wonderful, this review has nothing to do with them. I purchased a piece here that neither myself nor the employees helping me realized was chipped due to the aggressive lighting in the store. We got down the street and notice it was broken and immediately returned to the store. The people that sold it to me tried to get in contact with their bosses day of and were ignored, I was told to leave my phone number and had the piece wrapped up and signed by the employee to ensure I could get it returned and was told they would contact me. I never received a phone call and had called myself and was given no information until I came back to the store when I knew a boss would be present. I was basically told that I was lying and probably broke the pipe on my car door after purchasing it. I am livid with the way this was handled. If you are wanting to make a purchase here use a flash light and inspect it before you leave.
