I had an experience with this store this week that has told me everything I need to know about this company. I attached a photo for reference. Two days ago my fiance and I purchased two R and M Tornado 7000 disposable vapes. These are $25 each. Mine started leaking and smoking shortly after leaving the store, so I called them and let them know what was happening. They told me that per policy they can't take the vape back because it is disposable. I never asked them to take the vape back, I asked them to replace or refund me for a product I purchased at their store, which is easily doable at any reputable business. It is very obviously defective, as seen in this picture. My fiance takes way harder hits off of his vapes than I do, and hits his more frequently. So there is no reason mine should be this low. $25 is a lot of money for a disposable vape, and any decent business would stand behind the products they sell on their store.

Very disappointed with the bearded gentleman that's been working there. Very abrasive. Ask me why I like that s#$t when picking out my product. I'll stick with ozark. They aren't judgmental and angry. I feel bad for everyone who has to deal with that fool.

Walked in the you could clearly hear them talking to the manger on the phone about the register being short. I continue my purchase. Got to my car and there was juices all over the vap. The one that sold me the item said ya go in and they will switch it out for you. Got in side and the lady said we can’t once it leaves the building. I get the policy but I feel like I just fixed there cash shortage and didn’t even get what I paid for. You also have policies to ensure best products for your customers. I Will never use this location ever again.

Been having a lot of problems with my disposables leaking. Came in tonight and spoke to Billy and he was more helpful than anybody has ever been in the past. He suggested something new and talk to me about several different new products and what was going on with the products I had been using. He was very pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody that is in the market for a Vape stopping in this store and asking for Billy.
