I've been to a million shops in my 20 years of smoking and this is by far the best! The reward program, the discounts, the unique selection, everything. It is so clean and the staff are welcoming. Hakeem was beyond knowledgeable and gave me all the info and time I needed to decide. He was great at up-selling (something I know a lot about, being in sales for 15 years). He was SO friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the store, the products, and his customers. This will be my new spot, and I'm bringing all my friends 😂

My first time to the “new” head-shop was just a few weeks ago…I was helped by the friendliest, most down to earth young woman, India, whom I found out is actually the manager for this location—DEFINITELY didn’t expect THAT since it’s so rare for management to roll up their sleeves AND go above and beyond for customers.
Went back today and was met with the same level of customer service & expertise by El…which tells me SOMEBODY is doing SOMETHING right.
I also REALLY APPRECIATE the fact that a product I was looking for last time that wasn’t technically in stock (they had a single flavor they were “trying”) is now COMPLETELY in stock with a wide variety of flavors to choose from—they actually listen to their customers, y’all!!
I love to see young people succeeding…and I will CERTAINLY be back!

I have been here twice and I have loved it both times! Hakeem is so knowledgeable it is ridiculous. He makes you feel super comfortable and doesn’t mind taking his time. Rob is an amazing store owner and extremely helpful as well. El-Chan worked with my my second time coming and he was just as amazing as the other guys. I appreciate you all and will continue to do business with you. Also it was on lady who worked there who seems as if she had an attitude but everyone else who works there cancel it out. 💕 Great place and even better people (Hakeem, Rob, and El-Chan)
