The store appearance is Always Super clean and Very inviting! The staff creates an incredibly welcoming environment; on top of the fact they are always eager to help & very knowledgeable. The shelf rotation of items is always ever changing, so it's like walking into a new store every visit. Above and beyond all that, it's literally a one stop shop for all that one needs. #1 Shop hands down!

Anytime I come in I am greeted nicely like family and am always suggested products that are better than what I pick out. All the employees really make it an experience instead of a task to sell me products. I will continue to bring my business to the Collective and look forward to seeing them grow into a even bigger company!!!

These people are frauds. They treat their employees terribly, no one will work for them. They refuse to offer full time positions or a living wage. Then they whine that "no one wants to work". The owners would rather close the store and blame others than work the store themselves. That is lazy, just lazy. I am tired of them closing because of this. Zero stars.

the atmosphere at this location has changed for the worse in my opinion. Loved shopping here until my last visit. I made trips just to go, which doesn’t really matter in the long run but I’m disappointed either way. Thanks for the clothes tho.

I bought a vape battery here less then a week ago and it just stopped working. They wouldn’t help me out with the vape that is messed up. I wouldn’t buy anything from this place. They will screw you over
